Pre-Primary to Grade I

Cut off date will be May 31st
2.5 to 3.5 for Nursery
3.5 to 4.5 for LKG
4.5 to 5.5 for UKG

Note: Child of Age 5 by May 31st can also take direct admission for Grade 1

Grade II to VIII

Students seeking admission to grade level will require to submit Transfer/ School Leaving certificate (in Original) from the previous school, countersigned by authorised signatory. A photo copy of the Report Card of the grade passed will also have to be submitted. Transfer Certificate if not submitted during admission, is to be submitted within 30 days of joining, failing which, the student will forego his admission to the school.

Grade IX – X

Students seeking admission to grade level will require to submit Transfer/ School Leaving certificate (in Original) from the previous school, countersigned by authorised signatory. General

Students will be enrolled on receipt of the school admission application form appropriately filled in, including the Wellness form. The filled application form along with all significant reports will have to be submitted at the location referenced on the right side or online.

Guidelines for Admission in JGI Schools

The following guidelines are issued to regulate admissions in JGI Schools with effect from the Academic Year 2022-23

The JGI Schools believe in providing a transparent and inclusive admission process for all prospective students.

The school clearly communicates every aspect of its policies to parents.

Admission is open to all children irrespective of caste, creed, religion or region. However, there are limited seats per class, averaging 35 students in each class.

Admissions open for Nursery, LKG, UKG and Grades I – VIII.

RTE: The school takes admissions under the Right to Education Act.

Steps for Admission Procedure:

Parents can register their children for admission to the JGI Schools using any one of the following options:

  1. Purchase the Registration Form for a fee of Rs.100 from the School, duly fill it and submit it at the school.
  2. Download the Registration Form from our website, take a print, duly fill it and submit it at the School, along with the Registration Fee of Rs.100.
  3. Register Online via the Online Registration option available on our website. You would be required to pay the Registration fee of Rs.100 through our online payment gateway.

Application Procedure

  • Admission/Registration form is issued on the basis of vacancy available in all classes.
  • The vacancy status is available from office or under online admission link on website.
  • The admission form has to be collected from office or to be filled online under admission link on website.
  • The admission form has to be submitted along with required documents at the admission office or can be uploaded online. (See list of documents)
  • On successful submission of form, parent will be informed through Email & SMS about date and time to visit for interaction & verification of original documents.
  • On selection for admission, parent will receive a confirmation through Email & SMS.
  • Parent is required to complete the admission processing formalities by remitting the amount payable for final admission confirmation.
  • Amount payable on admission confirmation has to be deposited in two working days
